Sessions take place in a private and quiet studio space. Wear comfy clothing to your appointment.

During the session the client is fully clothed. Appointments typically begin with intake and check-ins, with the remainder of the time spent on the treatment table. 

Craniosacral Therapy is best experienced initially as a series of three sessions. This is because each session builds on the last, and gives us a solid foundation to witness how you respond to the treatment. The initial sessions are typically spread about one week apart. 

This pacing is not a requirement, though it is typically suggested in order to gain maximum benefit from the cumulative effect. 

Initial sessions for new clients are 90 minutes long. Each session following is 60 minutes in length. This includes intake and treatment time on the table. 

Please arrive on time for your appointment so that we can make full use of our time together. 

Initial appointments and returning-client appointments are both offered on the same sliding scale: $75-$130 per session.

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full session. If you arrive late to a session, I am unable to extend the session time and you are still responsible for the full session fee. 

Payment is due at the end of each session.
